This site shows public flight information for Avinor airports and related content. This page explains what data we process and why.
Who we are
This website is an independent project. It is not operated by Avinor or any airport authority. For questions, use the contact form.
Flight data
Arrivals and departures are loaded from Avinor’s public flight data services and, for some airports, from Entur’s open public transport data; airport weather comes from MET Norway. All of it is fetched and cached briefly on our server, then shown to you, so none of these services sees your visit.
Analytics (GoatCounter)
We use GoatCounter for privacy-friendly traffic statistics (page views, rough location/referrer). It is designed to avoid cookies and personal profiling. You can block it with an adblocker if you prefer.
Contact form
If you send a message, we receive the name, email, and message you enter. That data is processed via Web3Forms and delivered to us by email so we can reply. We use it only to handle your enquiry and do not sell it.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links to travel partners (Stay22, Travelpayouts, Viator and Tiqets), which pay us a small commission if you book through them. Partner offers are shown as plain links and we do not share any personal data with partners. When you click a partner link, the partner’s website may set its own cookies to credit the booking to us; that is covered by the partner’s privacy policy. We count clicks on partner links in GoatCounter, the same anonymous way as page views. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
The flight search box sends what you type to our own server, which looks up matching airports and, when you search, forwards your route and dates to Travelpayouts to create the Kiwi.com link. The hotel map from Stay22 loads only when you press “Show on map”, and may set cookies on your device once you do.
Cookies
We do not set advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by your browser for normal site operation. GoatCounter is configured as a cookieless analytics option.
Legal basis & retention
Analytics are based on our legitimate interest in understanding site usage in a lightweight way. Contact messages are processed to respond to you and kept only as long as needed for that purpose (or longer if required by law).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR if it applies), you may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data you have sent us. Contact us via the form to make a request.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site or our tools change. The date above will be revised.
